— Client Contact

Client fills out the Premium Photograph Restoration Inquiry ; a form that will collect basic contact information as well as allow you to upload image. If you have multiple photos you are seeking restoration services for, consider contacting us by e-mail photos@decalqueen.ca

— Damage Grading

It has long been common practice to charge flat rate, but from a work perspective that's never made sense or been fair. In an attempt to change that when photos are received by our team, they are graded depending on their damage.

— Payment

The damage grading system was adopted to make the invoicing process more mutually beneficial - easier on our team and more predictable for you. After photos have been graded, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail originally provided in the inquiry form.

Order will not be processed further until paid in full.

— Return to Print

When the restoration process has been completed, you will receive a proof of the images to approve. If you want any changes made, let us know. We understand the value of tangible memories, which is why we include both digital and print formats of the finished product. We hope it is proudly framed in your home, to save space for departed loved ones.
